The following tutorial outlines how to edit Binders
You can copy a binder from one location to the other. For that first you need to go to Binder Management --> Manage Binders. The right side window is further divided into grid 1 and grid 2. By default grid 1 would be active and whatever location you select the corresponding binders will be shown on grid 1. For copying the binders:
To copy a Binder go to Binder Management --> Manage Binders. Now, select the location and the binder from which is to be copied.
Activate the grid 2. The radio-button next to where "grid 2" is written.
While the grid 2 in active, select the desired location where you want to paste your binder. Click on copy (top right of screen, just above grid 2.)
Use this feature if you would like to move a binder from one location to another.
To move a Binder go to Binder Management --> Manage Binders. Now, Select the location and the binder from where you want to move.
Activate the grid 2. While the grid 2 in active, select the desired location you want to move your binder. Click on move (top right of screen, just above grid 2.)
This is a simple and easy way to merge two or more binders. Selecting the location gives you list of binders available at that location. Select any number of binders from that location or multiple locations to perform a merge. You can merge all the files from one binder to another by clicking merge from binder.
To Merge Binders, go to Binder Management --> Manage Binders. Now, Select the binder from where you want to move the files.
Activate the grid 2 and Select the binder to which you want to merge the file Click on merge.
