The following tutorial outlines My Cabinet

This is the complete system hierarchy of all your files. Here you can view files, add notes, send the files as e-mail, print or save, and add them to your favorite. You can navigate through Locations and Binders and all the supported files can be viewed using the inbuilt web file Viewer.

The screen is divided into two windows. You can view locations and sub folders on the left side window, and the right side window shows all the binders for the selected location and the files for the selected binder.

In My Cabinet you can navigate through the Locations, Binders, and Files that the admin has given you permission to. You can access these files that you are permitted to and can view the files, delete them, add notes, mark them as favorites, view history, or create workflows..

Main Content 0 View History

You can view History of a Location, or Binder, or File by clicking on the history icon.



Main Content 0 Add Notes

You can add notes to a binder or a file by clicking on Add notes icon.



Main Content 2 Favorites

You can add Binders and files to your favorites list and view them on your home screen.



Main Content 2 Send E-mails

You can E-mail files to an email address using this feature.
