Use this search feature to find a certain file you are looking for. Choose your search criteria and type a keyword to help you find the file. You can also choose a start date and an end date if you know when the file was uploaded. To narrow the search, you may also select which locations or binders the file is located in. Then, click go and the results will be shown below.
You can make your search easy by searching by file names, binder descriptions, notes, keywords, or Binder tags.
Binder Name
Narrow your search by searching from the Binder name (description).
Binder Tag
You can add Binder Tags while uploading files from Upload. These Tags are useful in searching files.
Narrow your search by searching through Binder Tag.
File Name
Narrow your search by looking for the files through their names.
Key Word
Narrow your search by searching through the Key words from the file.
Key Word searches scans through the files, and produces a search accordingly.
Note
You can add notes to files, and binders from Binder Management.
Searching through notes, gives you a search scanned through the notes.
